We offer a 30-day return policy in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your product, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any products returned outside of this money back period are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@deadtiredbedding.com.au, and our team will help arrange it to be sent to our charity partners.
If the items appear damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not take responsibility for any items returned to us that are lost in transit without a valid tracking number and postage receipt.
All refunds will be processed back onto the original card or payment method used to place your order.
